About Clarissa
Clarissa Dominguez is a talent development strategist and human potential performance coach with over 13 years of experience in the legal talent industry. She currently serves as the Professional Development Manager at BakerHostetler, where she leads a firmwide 'Coaching the Coaches' initiative to elevate mentoring and leadership across the firm. Previously, she held talent development roles at Clark Hill, Akin, Cozen O'Connor, and Bryan Cave, where she built leadership academies with the Executive Education faculty at Georgetown Law, practice group curriculum, and mentoring frameworks for attorneys at every level. Clarissa is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC. She is currently completing a neuroscience-based coaching training with the Flow Research Collective. Drawing from this work, she created a coaching program to help female lawyers navigating major life transitions return to their careers with renewed clarity, integration, and confidence. She also coaches with The Honor Foundation, supporting soldiers from U.S. Special Operations Forces in making the profound mindset and identity shift from elite military service to meaningful civilian careers. A champion of self-leadership, servant leadership, and holistic development, Clarissa brings a unique blend of science, strategy, and heart in empowering professionals to reconnect with purpose and lead with clarity and authenticity. In 2018, she served on the board of the Association of Talent Development – NYC Chapter. She earned her undergraduate degree in Classical Civilizations, Theology, and Philosophy from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. and her graduate degree in Communication Management from Webster University in St. Louis. Clarissa has lived in 10 different cities and currently resides in Houston, Texas with her two beloved Boston terriers, Leonidas and Octavia.
