Debra served as a senior executive with the Department of Homeland Security for over 15 years and in other public service positions for over 35 years. During her career, she led diverse, dynamic teams, managed complex operations, and set and achieved strategic goals. She is ICF-certified (PCC) and received her professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
